You may ask for your game account to be deleted at any time.

If you do not want your account to be permanently deleted, keep in mind that you can deactivate it instead of removing it for good. You'll be able to reactivate it at any time, with your progress and inventory in tact.

If you do decide to permanently delete your account, please follow these steps:

Fill out the form, to delete your account, through the app:

From the main screen, click on the Settings bar and then choose "Support"
Complete the form to submit a request and tap "Send"

Just a heads up: You can ask for your game account to be deleted at any time, but don't forget that your player account is important. Once the request is verified, you'll lose all your game progress, purchased items, and anything related to it. This action can't be undone, and we won't be able to recover the data.
